SOLVESSI currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free within the United States. Any optional charge or service available for an order will be shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery is 10–18 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-demand periods, and address issues can affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show movement after a label is created.

Address accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact solvessioficial@gmail.com immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins, and extra costs may apply if an order must be resent because an address was incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed.

Delays, missing packages, and damage

Contact us with your order number if the estimated delivery window has passed or tracking has not updated for an extended period. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs.
